Basketball star Stephen “Stef” Curry leads the cast of voices for Sony Pictures Animation’s sports comedy feature goatToday we showed the first footage at the Annessy International Animation Film Festival.
His unanimous media production of the film is joined by Caleb McLaughlin, Gabriel Union, Nick Kroll, Nicola Cofran, David Harbor, Jennifer Lewis and Patton Oswald.
The film, currently in production, is directed by Tyree Dilihai, co-directed by Adam Rosett. Sony Pictures Animation will work with the National Basketball Association (NBA) on February 13, 2026 to release a film in the US, timing it for the NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles.

Curry launched unanimous media in Payton in 2018. The company previously produced a 2023 documentary for Apple Original Films Stephen Curry: Underratedabout the curry career. It debuted at the Sundance Film Festival and was released in the US by the A24.
Annessy will be held yesterday (Sunday, June 8th) and will continue tonight with Andy Serkis’ world premiere Animal Farm.
