Elon Musk has publicly admitted that he “remorse” some of the posts he made in X, which criticized President Donald Trump last week.
Writing on social media platform X on June 11th, Musk said: “I regret some of my posts about President Donald Trump last week. Is this an apology or just airing his thoughts?
Musk and Trump fallout
The billionaire Tesla and SpaceX boss posted a series of poignant comments targeting Trump last week as tensions between the two men escalated in a very common spat online.
In one of the most widely shared posts, Musk labeled Trump’s sweeping new tax and spending bills as “nasty and hateful” and “outrageous,” claiming it would “bear American citizens.”
He also wrote in another post:
Trump reportedly told supporters that in turn his relationship with Musk was “end.”

Musk previously served in Trump’s Doge administration until May 30th, but the relationship has since been fully publicized.
