Edinburgh award-winner ‘The Ceremony’ picked up for UK-Ireland

Exclusive: Tull Stories won Jack King’s immigration drama ceremony For distribution in the UK and Ireland.

This debut feature won the first Sean Connelly Award for Filmmaking Excellence at the Edinburgh International Film Festival last year, and was subsequently nominated for two British Independent Film Awards (BIFAS).

ceremony Two migrant workers working in a Bradford car wash are dragged by a moral crisis that escalates over the night. Starring Tudor Cucu Dumitrescu, Erdal Yildiz and Mo’min Swaitat. The producers are Holly Brian and Lucy Meer for British Cosmosque Ale and hard work films.

Tull Stories will release the film on August 22nd on a subsequent UK Q&A tour.
