Two potential 2028 presidential primary candidates will descend on Cleveland in July to find a frictional elbow with the party’s top mayor.
Kentucky Gov. Andy Besher and California Rep. Ro Kanna will join Democrat Mayors Justin Bibb and Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb to host a national rally for the Democratic mayors along with DNC Chairman Ken Martin and former Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown Current Ohio Senator Chontel Brown. “The summit introduces our city. The mayor of the work demonstrates that President Trump (President Donald) is accountable, provides results and government can work for people,” said the plan-savvy and gave anonymity to discuss the events that are still finalized.
The theme of the summit is “Communities with Confusion: A Path to Move.”
“I look forward to welcoming my Democratic mayor, special guests and Democratic partners to my hometown of Cleveland for the DMA national summit later this summer,” Bibb told Politico. “This year’s summit is a showcase for our city, and will government at the local level still function for people?
