She switched her career to journalism after her father’s presidency ended in 2009 and joined NBC News as a correspondent. She later moved to the show “today” and worked as a correspondent and later as a co-host. In February 2019, it was announced that Jenna would replace Kathy Lee Gifford as co-host for Hoda Kotobu in the fourth hour of today, upon the departure of her longtime host in that April. The show is now called “Hoda & Jenna.” In 2012, Jenna also became the editor of the “Southern Living” magazine. Jenna married Henry Hager in 2008. They are the parents of two daughters. Jenna announced in April 2019 that she is hoping for a third child “Today.”
