One man who made a big impact on the Panthers season is Canadian star Sam Reinhart. He was lacking in his last two matches with the Hurricanes through injuries.
In Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals, the 29-year-old had a major impact on the Carolinas Sebastian Aho’s lower body/hip area.
This knock forced Reinhart from the link within just 15 minutes of the first period, and the Canadians were unable to feature in the following two games.

Despite this return, Reinhardt is still being monitored on a “day-to-day” basis, with Florida Panthers head coach Paul Maurick making it clear he is still monitoring the situation in Canada.
Maurice said: “We see how they look tomorrow. That’s what we expected and what we wanted. We’ll put them again on the ice tomorrow.”
As mentioned earlier, Reinhart was undoubtedly one of the stars of the season when the Panthers scored 39 goals and accumulated 81 points in the regular season.
His performance in the postseason has been on track to become one of the best players in the NHL playoff campaign in recent years.

Reinhart is not the only player dealing with Panthers injuries, as the aforementioned Miccola and Greer duo also question Game 5.
Both Panthers players were expelled in Game 3 against the Hurricane due to a private injury, and Miccola’s strong playoff runs were stopped.
As for the Hurricanes, Jesper Fast, Jalen Chatfield and Sean Walker are all likely to miss Game 5 against the Panthers, with Fast already missing the entire season.
