Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman’s Chief of Staff said two people familiar with the issue that was confirmed by Politico on Tuesday have left her post. The move is yet another important departure for Congressional offices marked by turnover amid the Democratic health questions and changing political persona.

Politico has learned that Cabelle St. John, formerly Deputy Chief of Staff, Senior Advisor and scheduling Director of Fetterman, is taking over his new top aide.
“Cabelle St. John has been a trusted advisor from day one in the office. I am fortunate to take her over as my chief of staff and I am confident she will do a great job,” Fetterman said in a statement. “I am grateful for Christa’s work. She has been a valuable member of the team for over two years and I hope she is the best.”
In half of last year, former Senator Chief of Staff Adam Gentleson, Top Communications aides and Legislative Secretary all left his team. Two more aides left Fetterman’s office. In the past few months.
In discussions with Sen. Dave McCormick (R-PA.) on Monday in Boston, Fetterman said his report on his missing vote and committee hearing was a “strange smear.” He criticized it earlier New York magazine articles “One-Source Hit” about a former and current aide who expressed concern about his health.
