Israeli Adesanya admits that UFC President Dana White warned her to “relax” before making a big mistake.

Since then, “The Last Stylebender” has suffered from the outcome and has admitted that White may have been right in hindsight.

Israel Adesanya was warned by Dana White before a massive mistake

Israeli Adesanya is widely regarded as one of the best MMA fighters of the past decade.

“The Last Style Bender” is a two-time middleweight champion and has governed the 185-pound division for three and a half years.

However, Adesanya’s fate brought about a later change in the loss of his final three fights. In hindsight, the 35-year-old believes this depends on too much fighting and not giving him a proper rest and period of recovery.

This is what UFC president Dana White said to Adesanya in 2023, warning that he was quickly turning around to UFC 287 headlines just five months later.

During his own recent episode Young man rumble On the podcast, Adesanya sat down with coach Tim Welch and former UFC champion Sean O’Malley. He admitted that he quit smoking weeds and social media prior to the fight at UFC 316.

After defeating Alex Pereira in a highly anticipated rematch in a brutal way to regain the UFC middleweight title, Adesanya returned straight after just five months to defend the belt from Sean Strickland.

For all the possibilities, Strickland upset Adesanya and beat him. Now, in hindsight, Adesanya turns around and realizes that he may be burning out. This is what Dana White warned him before he went on a UFC 293 fight with Strickland.

“I said, ‘No, I have to fight in Sydney. I’ve not fought this side of the world for a long time.’ Glue said.

“Dana said, ‘Listen, kid, you have enough money, just relax for a while’… I was like, ‘No’. And I became stubborn. Adesanya concluded.

Who will Israeli Adesaniah’s next battle against?

Some MMA fans, who were 35 years old and were on a straight win in three games, are calling for Israeli Adesanya to get gloves and retire.

But that doesn’t seem to be the case for the “last style vendor.” New Zealanders in Nigeria still seem to have a fire in their belly and want to be completed.

The aforementioned defeat to Sean Strickland at UFC 293 was the first of three losses following Adesania’s memorable knockout to Alex Pereira at UFC 287.

He was also defeated by champion Doricus du Plessis. Doricus du Plessis defended the UFC middleweight title against Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 319 this summer.

Given the fact that he is a former champion and still a huge name, Adesanya lacks the choice for the future. If he actually continues his career, it’s still up to see who the former two-time UFC middleweight king will be fighting next.

At the end of the day, all he knows and loves is a fight. He firmly rejected his retirement story for the time being. This means that Israel Adesanya’s next battle could be closer than we think.

I still can’t find anyone standing on the other side of the cage in “Last Style Bender.” That being said, Adesanya admitted she wanted a rematch for Strickland, hoping for a score after losing to America two years ago.

That fight also makes perfect sense for Strickland, who lost his last two consecutive fights against Doricus du Plessis. Anyone who opposes Israeli Adesania’s next battle should be a mammoth event with a huge eyeball.
